The biggest difference between the Post Construction Cleaning and our Move-In/ Move-Out Cleaning is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning due to all of the dust and debris that comes with constuction.
KITCHEN CLEANING
- Deep clean inside/outside of microwave, oven, and refrigerator (IF FRIDGE IS NOT EMPTY ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED)
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Dust and clean windows, windowsills, and blinds
- Tackle backsplash areas
- Sweep and mop floors; vacuum rug and mats
- Empty Trash and Replace Liners
- Clean the exterior of the dishwasher
- Address stovetop, baseboards, countertops, sink, door and doorframes
- Thoroughly clean inside/outside of cabinets and drawers (CABINETS MUST BE COMPLETELY EMPTY)
- Sanitize pantry shelves, floor, and door
- Clean light switch and outlet covers
- Dust high areas, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents, shelves and Remove Cobwebs
BATHROOM CLEANING
- Scrub shower and bathtubs, polish faucets
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors; vacuum rugs and mats
- Sanitize toilets
- Clean baseboards, counters, doors and doorframes, sink
- Dust high areas like ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean inside/outside of cabinets and drawers
- Address windows, windowsills, and blinds
- Clean inside and outside of closets
- Clean light switch and outlet covers
- Empty Trash and Replace Liners
BEDROOM CLEANING
- Clean windows, windowsills, and blinds
- Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets and rugs
- Dust high areas, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces, shelves, and baseboards
- Address doors and doorframes
- Clean inside and outside of closets
- Clean light switch and outlet covers
- Make Beds and Change Linens
- Empty Trash and Replace Liners
LAUNDRY ROOM
- The washer and Dryer are wiped
- Cabinets are wiped down
- Clean and Sanitize Sink
- Cobwebs are removed
- Sweep and Mop Floors
- Space between and behind machines is clean only if accessible (machines will not be moved)
COMMON AREA CLEANING
- Clean windows, windowsills, and blinds
